MINUTES
Chairman John P. Sivick called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Also present were Paul D. Menditto, Supervisor; Robert F. Bernathy, Township Solicitor and Robert H. Rohner, Jr., Secretary/Treasurer. Richard C. Vollmer, Vice Chairman and William J. Greiner, P.E., Township Engineer was not present.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
No comments were received.
APPROVE THE
MINUTES OF JUNE 15, 2011:
Motion made by Mr. Menditto and second of Mr. Sivick to approve the minutes of June 15, 2011 as presented. Unanimous.
APPROVE THE
MINUTES OF JUNE 21, 2011:
Motion made by Mr. Menditto and second of Mr. Sivick to approve the minutes of June 21, 2011 as presented. Unanimous.
AUTHORIZE THE
PAYMENT OF THE BILLS ON LIST #1, LIST #2 AND THE TRANSFERS AS PRESENTED:
Motion made by Mr. Menditto and second of Mr. Sivick to authorize the payment of the bills on List #1, List #2 and the transfers as presented. Unanimous.
OLD BUSINESS:
SECTION 18:
Tabled.
A sample ordinance from another municipality will be given to Mr. Bernathy for his review. Mr. Menditto stated that his concern is that if the supervisors pass an ordinance, it may interfere with the private communities’ Schedule A. Mr. Bernathy stated that the ordinance would be enforceable throughout the township.

NEW BUSINESS:
Motion made by Mr. Sivick and second of Mr. Menditto to temporarily appoint BIU as the township’s residential building code inspector.
OFFICER:
Motion made by Mr. Sivick and second of Mr. Menditto to appoint James Conza an alternate Sewage Enforcement Officer.
MISCELLANEOUS:
None.
ROADMASTER/PUBLIC
WORKS DIRECTOR:
Mr. Sivick stated that the annual
4th of July parade was a success.
Line painting throughout the township.
Clean up from the heavy rain and wind storm. Many trees down on
Mr. Bernathy inquired on the pyrotechnics aspect of the KISS concert. Mr. Sivick stated that the fire company will be present during the concert, and a dry run will be conducted with township officials present.
An Executive Session was held on July 5th at 9:45 a.m. regarding personnel.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, meeting adjourned and an Executive Session conducted regarding personnel and litigation at 10:25 a.m. by the motion of Mr. Sivick and second of Mr. Menditto.

ADOPT - HIPAA PRIVACY
COMPLIANCE DOCUMENT AND APPOINT PRIVACY OFFICIAL:
Motion made by Mr. Menditto and second of Mr. Sivick to adopt the HIPAA Privacy Compliance Document, and to appoint Robert H. Rohner, Jr. the Privacy Official.
ADOPT THE HIPAA
SECURITY POLICY AND APPOINT SECURITY OFFICER:
Motion made by Mr. Menditto and second of Mr. Sivick to adopt the HIPAA Security Policy, and to appoint Robert H. Rohner, Jr. the Security Officer.
ADOPT THE BENECON BUSINESS
ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT:
Motion made by Mr. Menditto and second of Mr. Sivick to adopt the Benecon Business Associate Agreement.
ADOPT THE BENECON
GROUP HEALTH PPO PLAN DOCUMENT:
Motion made by Mr. Menditto and second of Mr. Sivick to adopt the Benecon Group Health PPO Plan Document.
CORRESPONDENCE TO
THE PIKE COUNTY SHERIFF REQUESTING ASSISTANCE WITH TRAFFIC CONTROL AT THE KISS
CONCERT AT THE MT. LAUREL ART CENTER ON JULY 13TH:
Motion made by Mr. Sivick and second of Mr. Menditto to forward correspondence to Sheriff Philip Bueki requesting the assistance of his department for traffic control at the Mt. Laurel Art Center for the KISS concert on July 13th.
